Progress Reports
We are planning to publish four Progress Reports (PRs) before the start of the convention.
PR4 is slated to be published in April of 2009.
Please note that the format of the PRs is a horizontal 10″ wide by 8″ high, rather than the more traditional vertical 8.5″ wide by 11″ high.
Advertising
Ads must be reserved by February 28th, 2009. Artwork and payment must be received by March 15th, 2009 at the latest. Please send all communications and artwork to publications@anticipationsf.ca
Specifications: All ads must be submitted in electronic format. EPS, TIFF, JPEG, PDF, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop files are accepted. We recommend a resolution of 300 pixels per inch for all colour and greyscale artwork and 600 pixels per inch for all bitmap images. Please include all fonts, or convert all type to outlines. Progress Reports will be printed in black and white, but the electronic version (distributed as a PDF file) will allow for colour. We encourage all advertisers to submit both a colour version and a black and white version of their ad to us. Please note that we are not responsible for any problems that may arise from the conversion of colour images to black and white should it be left to us. We also encourage you to supply us with a URL to include with your ad in the PDF.

| The professional rate applies to all commercial, for profit organizations employing full time staff.
The semi-pro rate applies to businesses run part-time by their owner, small press-publishers, charities and other groups promoting WSFS’ interests in literacy and science education. The fan rate applies to all non-profit organizations with no salaried staff: fan-run conventions, clubs, and fanzines. |
